TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Water Usage: By signing this agreement, you agree to provide E's Exterior Cleaning, LLC. the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge.
  2. Damages: E's Exterior Cleaning expects your property to be up to code, in good repair, and weathertight. E's Exterior Cleaning, LLC. is not responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration from poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair. This includes, but is not limited to shingles, siding, soffit, receptacles, light fixtures, doors, and windows. E's Exterior Cleaning, LLC. will not be responsible for plants that become shocked or damaged by chemicals needed to clean the surfaces of the property. E's Exterior Cleaning, LLC. recommends all window screens be removed prior to the service to allow an efficient cleaning of window sills. E's Exterior Cleaning, LLC. is not responsible for damages of window screens that are not removed prior to the service. E's Exterior Cleaning, LLC. requests all property including, but not limited to, patio furniture, grills, flower pots, and decor be removed 20ft from the surfaces being cleaned. E's Exterior Cleaning, LLC. will not be held responsible for any damages that may be caused in moving said property.
  3. Courtesy: While E's Exterior Cleaning, LLC. is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals, away from the work area. Children and pets must be kept off work surface for at least 12 hours after our work is completed.
  4. Stains: Stains such as tree sap and artillery fungus are very difficult to remove from any surface. These will be reviewed and noted during the precheck inspection and the client will be notified. E's Exterior Cleaning, LLC. does not guarantee  the removal of tree sap and artillery fungus. 
  5. Windows may become water spotted as a result of our services. Window cleaning is NOT included unless requested. If window cleaning is requested, hard water stains are not always able to be removed. E's Exterior Cleaning, LLC does not guarantee the removal of hard water stains.
  6. Rust and oil stains are not guaranteed to be removed completely during cleaning services.
  7. Payments: Payments to E's Exterior Cleaning, LLC. are due as per the contract schedule and are to be paid by check, electronic check, cash, or credit card. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon and in writing on our contract. Late charges will be immediately assessed on all balances not paid in accordance with contract terms. The customer agrees to pay any collection cost incurred by E's Exterior Cleaning, LLC. related to the collection process of outstanding balances.
